1. General

MyCarz provides car detailing, wheel alignment, balancing, washing, and other automotive services. We also sell car accessories and tyres that come with manufacturer warranties.
By booking a service or purchasing a product through our website or at our location, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

All service bookings are subject to availability. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Service time may vary depending on vehicle type and condition.

3. Payments

Payments can be made online or in person at our service center. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and other listed payment methods. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Product Sales

Products such as tyres, cleaning materials, and accessories are sold either with or without manufacturer warranty as specified. MyCarz is not responsible for manufacturer defects, but we can help facilitate warranty claims where applicable.

5. Appointment & Cancellation

Customers can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur service charges.

6. Liability

While every care is taken during services, MyCarz is not liable for any pre-existing damages or for losses due to unforeseen mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to the services performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of MyCarz and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
